We had a fantastic time! Loïc was an incredibly accommodating chef. And for Loïc, hip hip hooray!!! Not to mention Aurore, who was welcoming, smiling, very professional, and offered great advice. We were truly pampered. We'll be back if they'll let us in.... The complainers at table 20 😉

I received a very warm welcome; finally, some shopkeepers who aren't trying too hard! Five pizzas in under half an hour—frankly amazing! I regret, despite the lady's offer, that the charcutière and San Pietro pizzas weren't ultimately made with a cream base as well (I didn't check when I picked them up, it's my fault). However, this didn't spoil our enjoyment at all; they were delicious, thin, perfectly cooked, and generously topped. I'm delighted and I'll be back next Friday (February 13th)!

We went for a meal, a group of five people improvising before a show. The welcome was very warm, the interior charming, and the food very good. We would like to especially thank the staff for their warm welcome and friendly service. We highly recommend it.

Very good restaurant, simple and friendly, fast service, excellent Reine pizza, very good 1664 draft beer, good coffee, inexpensive... highly recommended!!

I hadn't been back since the change of ownership, but the food has definitely changed. The pizza was more like a flammekueche, the escalope, the bocconini, and the ham were burnt, just topped with crème fraîche. Very disappointed. Large frozen fries.

The service and food were mediocre. A shame, because the restaurant is bright and spacious, but unfortunately unheated! Personally, I was very disappointed. A visit from Philippe Echebest would be welcome. We paid 50 euros for two people; you'd be better off eating at home for this quality!

The restaurant dining room wasn't heated despite an outside temperature of 11 degrees Celsius. The food was served lukewarm, the meat was bland, and the staff ate while serving customers. The pizza was tasteless. The staff's attire needs improvement, especially their caps. It's a shame, because otherwise the place was very clean. I'm disappointed; there are many more professional places in Pau and the surrounding area than Tutti Pizza Serres Castet. I understand better now why it wasn't crowded on a Saturday night.
