We ordered four pizzas, got four cans of soda, and waited patiently for 20 minutes. In the end, only three pizzas were made; the guy forgot one. €60 for three pizzas plus four cans at €2.50 each... Whoa, that stings! I pointed out the missing pizza, but there was no attempt at compensation. I decided to pay €60 for three pizzas and a can of soda, no extra charge. We got home, and the second pizza was the worst disappointment. Every single pizza was stuffed with hair. So, zero hygiene, and €60 for not eating a proper meal? A real rip-off!

Very bad experience. I called to order two pizzas, and the person who answered was particularly unpleasant, as if our call was bothering her. She told us there would be a 35-minute wait, which we found surprising. However, when we arrived at the pizzeria a little early, the pizza chef explained that he could prepare our pizzas immediately. He also didn't understand why we had been given such a late time. We therefore felt that the quoted wait time had nothing to do with the actual business of the establishment, but rather stemmed from a lack of consideration for customers. This is all the more regrettable because the kitchen staff were professional and welcoming. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know that the job can be demanding. But that doesn't justify such an unfriendly welcome or wasting customers' time for no apparent reason. A truly disappointing attitude that tarnishes the establishment's image. The pizza maker offered us a can of soda as an apology, and we thank him for it.

Order of 9 Nutellina bars for €33.50. The order was supposed to be ready at 10:05 PM, but it was finally available 20 minutes late, at 10:25 PM. In addition, 7 of the 9 Nutellina bars were burnt. As regular customers, we are very disappointed with this experience this time.

Avoid at all costs. The pizza was terrible! And there was a cockroach above my head... The three-cheese pizza was way too expensive for the quality. I won't be back!

Tonight, I made a simple request: remove the gorgonzola and olives from a Hawaiian pizza, which I specified on Uber Eats. I received the pizza with olives and gorgonzola. When I called the store to find a solution, they claimed it wasn't written on their receipt, even though it was clearly indicated on mine, and they were the ones who printed it... strange, isn't it? I asked for a solution because I couldn't eat the pizza. The cashier brushed me off and told me they wouldn't remake it and to contact Uber. No compensation whatsoever.

This is ridiculous...delivery was fine, but not what I ordered...not the first time. I do not recommend them.

Very slow reception, no one answers, cold response, no smile. Not recommended. Plus, a girl called an hour ago. She came to pick up her order and the girl told her to wait another 5 minutes, so she left.

Good evening, I live 150 meters away and, unable to get around using crutches, the pizza arrived cold! Not great. Best of luck, it's a shame.

I was passing by Tutti Pizza and had never heard of it before, but my friends introduced me to it! The staff were lovely and very friendly, even though it was late and we had a large order. They even gave us a free dessert ❤️ I highly recommend this place: the pizzas are excellent and the service is fast. Thank you for your kindness! (P.S.: Tutti Pizza accepts restaurant vouchers!)
