I went to this restaurant in Pau and the experience was generally disappointing. First of all, the wait was quite long, especially to be served. We really got the impression that the service was slow and disorganized. The servers, while not unpleasant, weren't particularly attentive or efficient. As for the food, the quality wasn't there. The dishes were quite disappointing and didn't really justify the price. In the end, between the poor service and the mediocre quality, the evening didn't live up to expectations. I don't particularly recommend this establishment. The food was disgusting. You need to rethink your approach. Thank you. Have a good day.

We stopped by chance, trusting our intuition since we saw locals eating. It turned out to be one of the best decisions; the staff was very friendly, spoke Spanish, and the food was delicious. The price was reasonable. I should also mention that they were wonderful with our pet, which is always a bonus. We would definitely return if we ever go back to Pau.

A wonderful little old-fashioned bistro with a family atmosphere and open kitchen. We were very pleasantly surprised. The homemade fries and desserts were delicious, the meat was high quality, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the portions were generous, all at unbeatable prices. We'll be back!
