McDonald's

I'm currently here and was served by an absolutely lovely young man who remained polite and helpful despite a nasty customer speaking to him like he was a dog just before I paid. This man truly deserves a raise!

The food is delicious, but there's a catch: at McDonald's, the tables, chairs, and sofas are dirty and full of crumbs.

To that waitress with the green eyes who just gave me my order with a smile, thank you. I'm having one of the worst days of my life, and that little smile meant the world to me. As for the food, it's McDonald's, it fills you up. Thanks again!

After driving to the drive-thru to get a caramel sundae, I pointed out that when you order sundaes with a meal deal, the sundae is prepared before the fries and sandwich. And even before the cars in front of us are served... so they arrive in the car practically liquid, and during the five-minute drive, the sundae becomes lukewarm caramel milk. I reported this at the register, and they told me that's just how the workstations are set up and there's nothing they can do about it. I'm inclined to believe them, as it's not the first time... Having pointed it out, and hoping my request would be taken seriously... when I picked up the food... the sundaes had indeed been prepared in advance and were lukewarm when I got them in the car! I mentioned this again, and they told me it was because the caramel was hot. Bon appétit. I bought an ice cream the other day at the Burger King next door, and it was served much colder. Too bad, I loved McDonald's sundaes so much...

A long wait, only to find the person in the end wasn't even able to take a proper order.

It was impossible to pick up the order at the drive-thru on foot when someone got out in front of us having picked up the order on foot, and said something unpleasantly.

I ordered a "best of" meal deal by myself at the drive-thru. The payment was very quick and easy. But then I had to wait 10 minutes, while the delivery drivers wait less than 30 seconds. There's often a long wait. We should pay after receiving our order; the wait is too long. I would have left if I hadn't paid beforehand.

Good McDonald's

I went to this restaurant before a movie; I found it to be very clean. The service was very quick, and it was clear the staff were very organized and focused on their work. I dealt with two different people who were very friendly and made sure my order was complete. An employee came to conduct a customer satisfaction survey; she was very pleasant and took the time to listen to us. As for the food, it was excellent. The fries were piping hot, and I had a milkshake for dessert, which I found absolutely delicious. A very good experience in a pleasant, clean, and well-organized setting. I will definitely return.

Very dissatisfied. Several times I've ordered with delivery only to end up going there myself because my order wasn't complete... and there wasn't even a gesture of goodwill, even though I went to the trouble of going after paying for delivery. And this time it wasn't even good; we were very disappointed.

I had a McFlurry for lunch today with my Maxi Best Of meal deal. For my McFlurry, I ordered a caramel KitKat, got home, put the ice cream in the freezer... I get it now and what do I find? Five scoops of KitKat and a tiny squirt of caramel? So we pay almost €5 for the ice cream and in the end we get crumbs? Unacceptable!!!
