Luckily the food is good. The waitresses aren't very friendly; it's difficult to even get a simple hello. The cleaning isn't great; it's a large warehouse, so there are a lot of cobwebs.

The saleswoman was filming in front of the shop, in a rush to serve us so she could immediately go back outside to see her friends... I doubt the employer would appreciate that. The pastries were dry... it doesn't make you want to come back, even though it's a great location next to the Jump park...

It's a shame the tables and the floor are so dirty.

Customer service is practically nonexistent. One of the salespeople was eating ham with his mouth wide open in front of customers and then didn't hesitate to serve another customer right after (without, of course, washing his hands)... The person who was helping me was far too busy chatting with a friend (it seemed) to look me in the eye, confirm my card payment, or even say goodbye... In short, customer experience training courses exist, so don't hesitate to take them!

EMPTY SANDWICH!!! A RIP-OFF Here's what I found in my tuna sandwich... Where's the tuna??? It's a rip-off to sell a sandwich with half a lettuce leaf and a teaspoon of mayonnaise.

Negative review because the toilets are filthy. Never any toilet paper, dirty, no soap.

Lunchtime is a nightmare, the wait is awful. I don't understand it. Only two people served when the restaurant is packed. 20 minutes for a sandwich is way too long, sorry.

Very good bread and excellent pastries (raspberry tart – a tried and tested recipe – and a small Saint Honoré cake). I'll come more often while I'm in Pau. Looking forward to it and best of luck! I didn't give it 5 stars because there's a little room for improvement for future visits. Florian

Charming, generous, very beautiful saleswoman

No apple turnover, no apricot croissant (owl), no Swiss roll, and no chocolate chip twist. A pain au chocolat was grabbed as a token gesture and… empty. No flakiness, no flavor, very cold. The young saleswoman was welcoming. But the noise made communication difficult. The same goes for the tall glass counters. This high glass counter is completely unsuitable for shorter people. The gap between the vertical and horizontal glass panels where the purchases are displayed is also poorly designed, as it's easy to drop your bag between the two and land on the products. It's a shame.
