We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant with its typical 70s decor. The dishes were sophisticated, beautifully presented, flavorful, and made with seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We'll gladly return.

But what a truly delightful experience it is to come and enjoy a menu where the food is simply delicious and to receive such wonderful guidance on the wine pairing. Hats off! 👌

Passing through Pau, this was a wonderful discovery. The food was good and homemade. Excellent advice and wine selection!

We came for dinner last Wednesday: the decor was lovely, the welcome equally so, and the staff passionately selected the four glasses of wine we enjoyed. For the meal, I had the kidney carpaccio as a starter and the ham hock with seasonal vegetables as a main course... delicious food, we loved it. Unfortunately, I have little reason to return to Pau anytime soon, which is a shame; if the opportunity arose, I would gladly eat at Les Papilles Insolites again!

Valentine's Day evening, a pleasant surprise. Beautiful decor, incredibly warm welcome. The team is fantastic. From appetizer to dessert, impeccable service, and the dishes burst with flavor. Highly recommended!
