The bar itself is quite nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the bar staff are beyond reproach. However, Maoa Food Truck African Food completely ruins the experience. We were told our fries were about to be served, then they were given to someone else. We were then told they would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited patiently, and when we came back to ask about them, we were told we would have to wait another 30 minutes. No apology, no coherent explanation, just contradictory information. The most shocking thing was the attitude of the person from the food truck. Instead of acknowledging her mistake and apologizing, she had the nerve to tell us we were "bad customers" simply because we asked for an explanation after waiting and being given the runaround. A minimum of respect and professionalism towards customers would be the bare minimum. It's truly regrettable, because the bar is pleasant, but Maoa Food Truck African Food gives the place a very bad image. We certainly won't be setting foot there again as long as that food truck is present.
