The restaurant is located in a very pretty area. The welcome was friendly and the service attentive. The food was excellent and served quickly. A very pleasant experience in a beautiful setting.

Superb meal of Sicilian specialties, full of finesse and flavor. A truly excellent place. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. A lovely spot on a beautiful square in Hedas. It's a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it: less often, but better, much better.

I had the pleasure of dining at La Dolce Italia in Pau, and the experience was simply excellent. A true slice of Italy in the heart of the city, where you can immediately sense the passion and authenticity of the Italian management. The restaurant offers a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, with attention to every detail, making guests feel at home. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every course: carefully selected ingredients, authentic flavors, and dishes prepared with great respect for Italian tradition. Each dish speaks of a love for good food and a commitment to uncompromising quality. A special mention goes to the desserts, truly marvelous: the perfect finale to a memorable dinner, carefully prepared and captivating from the first bite. Friendly service, attention to detail, and a warm welcome complete an experience I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in Pau. I went to this restaurant with a large group. The dishes didn't match the photos and weren't particularly good (almost unanimous opinion from the thirty or so people present / luckily for the restaurant, not everyone posted a review on Google). Two or three people got sick the next day. Only the dessert was somewhat redeeming. Having eaten at restaurants in groups in Pau before, I found this appalling and disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

Passing through Pau, we absolutely loved this restaurant. Whether it was the "simple" dishes or the more complex ones, the attention to detail, the cooking, and the ingredients were top-notch! It's just a shame there are so many smokers in the evening, but the restaurant can't do anything about it...

A very nice Italian restaurant with a very warm welcome and excellent food. I recommend it for a lovely family meal. A special mention to the owner who served us – she was very kind 👍 and the waiter was very friendly and attentive.
