I placed an order for €38 and it was never delivered.

I arrived at 7:22 PM and received my order at 7:54 PM, a wait of over 30 minutes, even though I was the only customer. I ordered a Crousty Origine. The portion was very disappointing: very little rice and very little chicken for the price. Furthermore, the chicken was supposed to be crispy, but it wasn't at all. Another negative point: my fried onions were missing from my order. The atmosphere was neither warm nor welcoming, and based on my experience, I do not recommend this establishment. ⭐ Rating: 1/5 Long wait, insufficient portions, and incomplete order.

Unpleasant service, dry burgers, and cold fries – not recommended

The guys are nice, but we got kicked out because we found two hairs in two different burgers, and word for word they told us, "We don't want to see you here anymore." I was nice the whole time and we didn't say anything out of line. Besides, we were just passing through. Apart from that, it was very good, but I was disappointed. First and last time I'll come here. What a shame.

The staff were incredibly unfriendly. One of them was on his phone while we were talking to him, very disrespectful, no hello or goodbye, they were like robots. Plus, I got food poisoning from a grilled burger that was anything but "grilled," and the fries were extra cold. We'll pass next time.

I ordered by phone and drove 20 km to pick up my order. When I arrived, the person at the counter told me she had given my order to someone else and then asked me not to come back. This is very disrespectful behavior. The staff speaks very rudely to customers, which is unacceptable. I hope the owner is aware of what's going on behind his back. As for me, I will never return to this restaurant.

I ordered a meal and received the opposite. They then told me I had a free meal, but when I called them back under the same name, they ignored me and hung up on me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
