A real gem! Fatcat Sushi undoubtedly offers the best sushi I've tasted in the Southwest (and from a food truck!). Ultra-fresh ingredients, appealing recipes without being over the top, and perfectly seasoned rice—which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. Special mention, because I absolutely loved it: Warm, fast service, always with a smile. You can feel the passion behind every platter. A must for discerning sushi lovers.

Fat Cat Sushi prepared a giant sushi platter for our wedding, and it was absolutely delicious! Our only regret? Not doubling the portions, as they were so popular that the platters disappeared in minutes. Thank you to Aurélien for this wonderful and much-appreciated appetizer.

Always delicious, very professional, and lots of choices. Thank you for being there; I can't wait for Friday to order a Poké Ball or some sushi! Highly recommended! The best food truck in Pau.

Excellent! Beautiful, delicious, fresh, unbeatable prices for such quality, and the service is top-notch too... What more could you ask for?! I can confirm it's one of the best sushi places around. I wasn't as thrilled with the beef maki... but that's just a matter of taste and because I'm very traditional when it comes to sushi... which won't stop me from trying the duck ones next time ^^ It's hard to find better in the area on any level, so for me now, "craving sushi" = Fatcat Sushi.

This is the second time we've eaten sushi at Fatcat and, frankly, we loved it!!! Everything is perfect: it's beautiful, it's delicious, it's fresh, and the service is very friendly... Definitely the best sushi we've ever had in the area, don't hesitate, order now 😁

The owner is super friendly and the platters are exquisite. I had a poke bowl, sushi, maki, sashimi, and California rolls. Everything is fresh and prepared on-site. It's definitely becoming my weekly go-to.

Go for it without delay! It's an unusual place, but what a fantastic discovery! The poke bowls are simply divine, far better than in the surrounding restaurants and of very high quality. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavor is amazing. And what can I say about the sushi, which is also a real treat? The chef is top-notch. Remember to order in advance. Highly recommended! 👍😉
