Dommage, première essai !! Commande faite le soir même, avec tranquillité. Résultats, pizza cramé pâte fine et intérieur de la calezone crue et froid, obligé de la passer au micro-onde. J'aurais essayé.

The piccata was decent, the chorizo was good, the merguez sausages were average, neither was spicy enough. The crust was thin and a bit bland. Overall, it was undercooked, especially the merguez and peppers. The herbs and tomato sauce were good. The pizza arrived a little late. The price was reasonable for the quantity, but not for the quality.

Passing through the area, I stopped by chance when I saw this pizza truck by the side of the road. What a pleasant surprise! The pizzas are wood-fired, and I had a goat cheese and honey pizza, which was absolutely delicious. The owner is also very friendly. Having run a pizzeria myself a few years ago, I can say they've done a great job. I highly recommend it! 🍕🔥

The staff were very friendly and the welcome was pleasant. The service was quick, which is always appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the cooking: the pastry in my béarnaise sauce was raw, and the inside of my calzone wasn't any better. Being in the food industry myself, I pay particular attention to these details, and it's a shame because with a little more cooking, the experience could have been much better.

Incredible pizza from a real wood oven - you can taste the smoky difference! The crust was perfectly crispy and the flavors were authentic. You won’t find quality like this anywhere else in Pau or the surrounding area! Great place that also serves in English. Highly recommend to everyone!
