It's not what it used to be! These days the pizzas have no flavor, the dough is just okay. I wish the old owners were still there!

We ordered pizzas by phone, and the manager quoted us a total of €45. At no point did he ask us what size pizzas we wanted. When my partner came to pick up the order, he paid €75 without realizing it at the time. Upon realizing this, I called the pizzeria to ask for an explanation. The manager refused to acknowledge his mistake and simply replied that we had ordered large pizzas. However, I explained that he had never asked us what size we wanted and that I clearly remembered the €45 price he had quoted me over the phone. No gesture of goodwill, no attempt to reconsider, and no possibility of communication. Such a price difference without a clear explanation is unacceptable. Very disappointed by this experience, I will not be returning, and I advise you to go to another pizzeria.
