The constant beeping of the fryers throughout the entire meal is unbearable. It's strange that other fast food restaurants don't have this continuous noise. Something needs to be done, both for the staff and, especially, for the customers.

At 2:15 PM, I don't know what happened. A 40-minute wait, and the manager in his blue shirt was very rude and unpleasant. I feel sorry for the staff; the floor must be thrilled, they're dropping everything.

The team seems to be getting along well at the registers; the fries are overflowing from the container, my sandwich is dripping with sauce, and the manager is kindly assigning tasks to his new recruits, with a gentle hand on their shoulder. It's nice to see that there are still caring managers out there. June 30th, 1:30 PM 😊😊🙏 This feeling is palpable on the other side.

I arrived at 9:25 PM and left at 9:45 PM. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for… two ice creams. The line wasn't even full. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I saw two ice creams already prepared, but no one to give them to me. When the drive-thru attendant came to give them to me, I asked for a small drink while I waited. She replied that the wait hadn't been long and offered me a glass of water. I think the maximum wait time for a customer is 3 minutes and 30 seconds? In the end, I was left with melted ice cream. (Happy to talk about it!)

The entire team gave our small group, who were there to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday, a wonderful welcome. She was delighted with the attention she received. Thank you all!

First and last time at McDonald's. Paying extra for fries with cheddar (€5.10) and getting a quarter of the box with barely any sauce is a disgrace!!! The wrap is completely ruined, dry, and without any sauce! Everything is dry and tasteless! 🤢 And it's expensive too 😡 In short, avoid at all costs!!

Unacceptable: Incomplete order and shameful customer service! I placed an order today at McDonald's Lons, and once again, items were missing. I politely called the restaurant to resolve the issue. The result? No compensation offered, and the person on the other end of the line had the nerve to hang up on me! This is the height of disrespect. Paying to receive only half your order and being treated like this is a disgrace. This restaurant is absolutely to be avoided.

A disgrace, appalling customer service! I placed an order today and, as is so often the case, some items were missing from the bag. Human error, it happens, but what followed is unacceptable. I called the restaurant to try and find an amicable solution. Not only did the person on the phone refuse any compensation whatsoever, but they ended up hanging up on me! This is a complete lack of respect and utterly unprofessional behavior. Repeated errors + aggressive customer service = I will never set foot in this McDonald's in Lons again. Avoid it if you expect to get what you pay for and be treated with even a modicum of politeness.

I'm not happy at all. Every time I order something for delivery, something is always missing. I'm fed up with paying for a meal that's always incomplete; it's unacceptable.

Order placed today, a small ranch wrap with practically nothing in it, I understand it only costs €3 but still!! That's unacceptable!
