The staff gave excellent advice...

It's a shame the tables aren't wiped down, but the toilets are the worst. Toilet paper is strewn all over the floor, there's no soap to wash your hands. The sink is dripping with grime. The toilet bowls are filthy; such a state of disrepair is shameful.

A long wait only to receive a cold order with the wrong burger. A Big Mac without pickles, or perhaps they simply took the burger and removed the pickles—not sure if that would be okay due to allergies.

Delivery is complicated; items are constantly missing. The last two orders were a failure, which is frustrating. With your prices increasing, you really need to stop forgetting anything...

I ordered at noon and received my meal at 12:40, when there was practically no one there. My wrap arrived cold, and the Coke I ordered was just a glass of water. The fries were extremely salty and cold. The worst McDonald's ever, terrible service, I don't recommend it.

Endless wait times during peak hours, whether at the drive-thru, click & collect, or in-store. We were literally waiting 25 minutes (ticket time 8:33 PM, served at 8:58 PM, even after going inside to remind them). And the order wasn't even complete.

The service is very slow, which is a real shame.

Understaffed. Endless wait.

Attempted order. Order placed at 4 PM for 5 ice creams at the drive-thru on a Sunday, no one ahead of us. We waited to order, no one ever came to take our payment, and after 20 minutes we left. Only come if you have 3 hours to spare.

A truly terrible experience today. The wait was far too long for a fast food restaurant (25 minutes between ordering and receiving the order). Two out of three portions of fries were missing. One burger was cold. Two sundaes were ordered, but only two mini sundaes were received. Sauces can no longer be selected at the kiosk and must be requested. Plus, prices keep increasing.

Thank you to the manager who took the time to help me use the new self-service kiosk. Attentive, patient, helpful, and efficient—very professional. A warm and welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Well done to the whole team! 👏🍔🍟
