The best bakery in Pau and the surrounding area. I find it hard to believe the negative reviews; I wonder if it's the competitors who are bothered by the bakery. I recommend not only the bread but also the pastries and the sandwiches for lunch.

Very disappointed. I bought a salmon pasta salad—pasta, yes, but where's the salmon??? A ham and butter sandwich with Comté cheese. No butter and no Comté... Two chocolate praline cakes, completely dry. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the products today.

A very nice bakery with good chocolate and a wide range of products (breads, snacks, pastries). However, the prices are quite high compared to the quality of the bread. Good pastries.

Excessive prices on some salads considering the size of the container...the price of the Asian salad is a disgrace both in terms of quantity and quality! First and last time.

I had a Canarval doughnut for €2.50 this Friday, February 13, 2026. The saleswoman was welcoming and friendly, and the doughnuts were excellent—not greasy, perfectly cooked, nice and sweet, and had a wonderful aroma. Really delicious!

We went to get something to eat at this bakery, but unfortunately I ordered an Asian salad (three dry, not very good spring rolls, and three noodles on top; in the end, I paid a lot for a salad). I paid €10 for a salad and a can of soda. The salmon pasta had only two pieces of salmon. The panini had no sauce. The service is friendly and the place is nice, but I don't think the food is good value for money.
