My partner invited me to this restaurant for my birthday, and we weren't disappointed! The place is perfect, calm and discreet, and the service was very pleasant. The food was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic evening!

We'd heard about it, it took us a while to get here, but what a discovery! A burst of flavors and textures in every bite, with fresh, local ingredients, in a calm and welcoming atmosphere... The staff were incredibly attentive, and the chef took the time to chat with the customers... We can't wait to go back! Don't hesitate to support this kind of establishment where they cook with real passion!

A true gourmet restaurant, with top-notch service, original and beautifully presented seasonal cuisine. A three-course evening menu, including amuse-bouches and petits fours, is under €50 – we couldn't find better around Pau. Go for it!

A wonderful discovery. The place is elegant without being stuffy; you feel right at home. The dishes are excellent, beautifully prepared, using quality local ingredients and demonstrating true culinary skill. The three-course menu is also very reasonably priced for this level of quality. The wine list is also very comprehensive. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with clear and attentive explanations of each dish. A place worth knowing about.
