I love this bakery. Personally, I have everything I need at home, but I love coming in the morning to have my coffee and croissant (so good 🤤) on the terrace. The welcome is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the service is incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it! Don't change a thing!

1:00 PM. I ordered a ham and butter sandwich. The answer: impossible. The reason given: the kitchen is... closed. Yes, ladies and gentlemen. It takes a kitchen and a full complement of cooks to make a simple ham and butter sandwich. (A child could have made it for me.) This waitress not only doesn't want to work (which is her right), but she also doesn't care about her customers with such excuses. I should point out that there were more staff behind the counter than customers in front.

A terrible experience. The sales assistants are incredibly arrogant, sighing at every request, especially the Portuguese woman who speaks rudely to her trainee in front of customers! The hygiene is absolutely disgusting! The worst experience of my life!

In a bakery, good service is important, but here... the complete lack of consideration. Okay, the gentleman doesn't hear very well, I understand that, but looking at him with his potbelly and waiting for him to repeat himself doesn't help. His colleague isn't much better. Judging by the reviews, this isn't a recent problem... they should really think about improving things, properly training their employees in sales because there's clearly an issue, given the numerous negative reviews. Good luck to them. The sandwiches and flans weren't bad, and the prices were very reasonable.

These cakes are a disgrace 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️....they're from the day before or two days before, maybe even frozen! Just say the word!!!! And give them a discount. Go elsewhere! There are plenty of other options.

A wide assortment is available, with extended opening hours, which is much appreciated.

My son bought a cake yesterday to eat at my family birthday party, but it was inedible because it was frozen! When I called to report it, I was told the salesperson was new and had forgotten to mention that the cakes displayed in that case are frozen and need to be left at room temperature for several hours to thaw before eating. How are we supposed to know that when we see the cake and no one tells us anything? The cake was frozen for the afternoon snack, and then it was all in pieces after thawing and went straight in the bin. Thanks for the disappointment, the €20 wasted, and the waste. On the phone, there was no apology, no offer to make it right. Avoid this bakery! It's a shame.

I do not recommend this bakery; the cashiers touch the bread while taking the money. Lack of hygiene.
