Thank you to the whole team. Once again, it was fantastic. You're all amazing every time, nothing to complain about. Always great advice. I ate so well. Amazing pizza!!!

As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I'm never disappointed by the quality of the food. The service was excellent, the waitresses were pleasant and attentive despite the crowd. I highly recommend it.

I eat at La Fabbrica from time to time. The chef's portions are generous and the pizza maker's pizzas are excellent. I'm always greeted with a smile by the waitresses and waiter, and there's a great atmosphere among them during the meal. Always a pleasure to come!

Today I had an altercation with the young waitress with the bob haircut because I asked for a glass of water while she was taking an order: "Can't you see I'm busy with customers?" I replied, very shocked to be dismissed like that, especially since the waiter hadn't given me the glass of water when I asked for it. The owner is nice, but the service is lacking in empathy. I'll never come back.

Very disappointed with the service. The three waitresses were more interested in joking around than welcoming the customer, all under the watchful eye of the owner who thought it was perfectly normal. We felt like we were bothering them.

Very good restaurant, only downside was a chipped plate, which was a shame.

I came in for a beer, the bartender was handling the ice cubes with his fingers, I pointed it out to him, he said they were clean. He gave me the glass anyway, and I noticed it was dirty. Too bad the waitress was embarrassed for us

Good quality brasserie, very good service and very friendly waitresses.

The main course was excellent, and the pizzas were very generous.

Being disabled and on the verge of fainting, I went to the bar to get something to drink because the waitress was extremely busy. I was rudely dismissed, told I had to wait because it was busy (even though I was feeling unwell and had a 7-month-old baby with me!!). It's a shame that even when you go to the bar and are unwell, you still can't get a drink and that they don't even bother to be polite enough to say so.

I ordered a charcuterie pizza, but the bacon wasn't cooked. I pointed it out to the waitress, but she didn't apologize.
