Bad service

Good meal, efficient. The owner must have been from Brittany....

What a wait on a Saturday! We arrived as a group of three. Two people were served. The restaurant was almost full. We waited exactly 37 minutes before anyone came to see us... the food was decent, but the wait wasn't worth it... we didn't order dessert for fear of waiting even longer... I understand that it's difficult to recruit in the restaurant industry, but letting staff know the wait time would be a good and appreciated idea.

The service was very slow, with a wait of over 30 minutes. A bit disappointed. No server offered us water.

Very pleasant and air-conditioned place

Visit today. The manager took us in, somewhat awkwardly, as we hadn't made a reservation. After a 20-minute wait, with no order taken, we had to leave because we had to get back to work. It was admittedly a bit busy, but she checked several times and saw that we were waiting. Disappointed.

I eat at this crêperie regularly. The crêpes are excellent, especially the Guéméné with mustard ice cream 😉. And the place is friendly; we've always received a very warm welcome!

As usual, we had a great time; the crepes and galettes were generous and delicious. Depending on how busy it is, the service can sometimes be a little slow.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this crêperie. The meal was good, but the baked apple served with it was cold. We waited over 40 minutes for our crêpes, and the owner reassigned staff while making unpleasant remarks in front of the customers. Her attitude was beyond unacceptable. I can't wait to retire in six months, as she put it...

We regularly eat at this crêperie and we love going every time!! The galettes and crêpes are delicious, generous, and beautifully presented!! And they have all the classics (complete, butter, sugar…) which are a real treat for a Breton like me!! The service is top-notch, the order is taken quickly, and the atmosphere is just like home!!! First time at this restaurant. We arrived at 12:40 for lunch and waited almost 20 minutes to order. Then we waited nearly an hour for our food. We were on the verge of leaving the restaurant because it was so long. Customers who arrived after us (probably regulars) were served before us. Some dishes were served without dressing, and the manager was very unpleasant to the staff. However, the meal itself was very good.
