Nice shop, but be sure to check the prices. The Ibili stove was listed at €64.90 in the shop. I bought it for €59 during a promotion. The same stove is available on several websites for €31 (exactly the same model). That's almost a 200% price increase. No refund, of course. Feels like a rip-off and a bogus promotion. One less customer.

Very, very bad reception. I said hello when I entered, they looked at me but didn't answer me... I don't fit the store's standard... aggressive and suspicious salesman.

Terrible service. This isn't the first time, and it will be the last. I'm a regular customer of this store for a particular brand. I went in, asked for a product, and was given last year's edition. I thought, okay, I'll get it for my brother since I already have it, and then I asked if the current year's edition was available for myself. The woman was pleasant and helpful, but when she asked the owner (who clearly has no visual memory, since I've been a customer since the beginning), she replied, "I don't know, and I don't have time." The woman looked embarrassed. I smiled at her, handed her the product, and she said, "No problem. Happy holidays." I finally found two places in Pau that carry the brand I was looking for. I had noticed her lack of friendliness towards other customers. With me, it was always limited. This time, it's clear, the line has been crossed.

Terrible customer experience. A week after dropping off a broken, high-end toaster, I went to the store to check on it. Apparently, I'd bothered the manager, who was busy with a customer on that last Saturday before Christmas, and he bluntly told me I'd come in at the wrong time! Oh, sorry, but I didn't think the toaster would break down a year and a half after I bought it, especially at €249! I simply asked for a replacement while mine was being repaired, but the manager couldn't do anything for me, as he was, and I quote, "just the retailer"! His employee added that I could contact the supplier in England to try and get things moving! Yeah, right! Move along, there's nothing to be gained. Absolutely no empathy, no sense of customer service, since apparently once the product is sold, nothing else matters.

Beautiful store with good quality items. Expensive brands, but very reputable.
