First and probably last time. There are so many excellent bakeries downtown where you're served with a smile. This young woman should consider a career change if serving customers is so difficult for her. I'm friendly and polite, and I expect the same from the person I'm serving. The bread is quite good, I must say; it's a shame the service leaves so much to be desired.

My order was supposed to be ready by 7:45 am. I was greeted by the saleswomen with a big smile. It was ready and presented with care. The manager came over. ... I recommend it. And what's more, everyone enjoyed it. Thank you.

Unpleasant staff.

The bread is excellent. The pastries are average.

Once again, this bakery was out of bread at 7:30 pm. This is the third time I've encountered this problem. I understand the need to combat food waste, but perhaps there's a middle ground to be found. The new twist is that the employee didn't appreciate me pointing it out. Two black marks for this bakery, which otherwise offers quality products that I usually enjoy.

The shop was clean and presentable. It's a shame the pastries were dry.

Yesterday morning, we bought 9 croissants, a baguette, and 20 cream puffs. We only checked our order when we put it in our car. And then, surprise! There were only 9 croissants in the bags, even though the sign in the store said "Buy 3, Get 1 Free," so we should have received the expected 12 croissants. Despite our justified protests, the cashier refused to give us the 3 free croissants, claiming we should have ordered 12! And this in front of other customers who also didn't understand his attitude. Following his flawed reasoning, we should have received at least 2 more croissants. If he had been one of my students, he would have been better at mental arithmetic! In any case, this doesn't give a good impression of your store! When you advertise "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" to boost sales and then don't deliver, I call that false advertising. What does Marie Blachère think?

This bakery and pastry shop is very well-stocked with good products. The bread is divine, with different baking levels to suit all tastes. The pastries and viennoiseries are very diverse. Good value for money. The service is very friendly 👌 very convenient after shopping at Grand Frais
